1. Go into your “Outlook” app.
2. Click “File” on the top left.
3. Click “Add Account”.

4. Fill in your email address. Then click “Connect”.

5. Click “IMAP”.

6. Fill in your email password. Then click “Connect”.

7. Verify that “Set up Outlook Mobile on my phone, too” is not checked. Then Click “Done”. Your email account is now setup.

Email Server Settings
We recommend that you use the incoming port 993 and outgoing port 465 for all devices. If you are using the Mail app on iPhone, use incoming port 993 and outgoing port 587.
General
- Incoming mail server: secure.emailsrvr.com
- Outgoing mail server: secure.emailsrvr.com
- Username: Full Email Address (example@albanytel.com)
- Password: Email Password
Ports Available
- Incoming Server (IMAP): 993
- Incoming Server (POP): 995
- Outgoing Server (SMTP): 465
- Outgoing Server (SMTP): 587
Encryption
- SSL/TLS encryption must be enabled on all incoming and outgoing ports.
